We will send you a tracking number via Email once your parcel has been dispatched. To track your parcel please go to the RoyalMail website (www.royalmail.com), enter your tracking number and follow instructions.
That will depend on the payment method you used, refunds via Visa will be deposited back into your bank account, and usually take 2-10 working days. (Please contact your bank for their processing times). Refunds made via Paypal usually take 7-10 working days. (Please contact Paypal for their processing times). Refunds to MasterCard usually take 3-10 working days. (Please contact MasterCard for their processing times).
Please note, we can only make refunds to the same Card/E-Wallet used to initially place the order.
As we currently send our parcels via Royal Mail, we would advise you to enquire with RoyalMail about your missing parcel by telephone or visit their website www.royalmail.com for more info. If no progress is made with RoyalMail, we would advise you to contact us, you can Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or Call us on: 0203-997-9888 so we can investigate this further.
Unfortunately, we currently do not have the option to amend orders, however you can cancel your orders that are still ‘in process’ by requesting a refund. To do this just log into ‘my account’, select the ‘orders’ page, select the order you want to refund and click the ‘refund my entire order button’
Don’t panic! We will always refund you for any items that are not in stock.
Please Email us at email@example.com with your details, order number and photographic evidence within 4 working days of receiving your parcel. We will replace the damaged item(s) as soon as we receive the defective package.

We currently do not issue coupon codes, although we are introducing coupon codes in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when this feature is available. Our coupons will be valid for use on one purchase only, to redeem, just enter the code in the ‘discount code’ box at checkout.
