RETURNS:
Please note that we only accept returns of WRONG ORDERS and DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE products ONLY, as such we ask that you are 100% certain when purchasing our products as they are NON-REFUNDABLE.

To return DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE Items: To accept returns for damaged items, you will need to do the following:

1. On receipt of the damaged item, when signing for the goods, please make a clear note stating that your package has arrived ‘VISIBLY DAMAGED’.
2. Please provide photographic evidence of the ‘VISIBLY DAMAGED’ package, within 24hours of receiving it.
3. Please scan or attach a photograph of your dispatch note, within 24hours of receiving it.
4. Return the package to return address: PAI GLOBAL, 14 TILLER ROAD, LONDON E14 8PX

Failure to do so will result in your request being automatically rejected. Once all four steps have been completed, and we have received returned package,
we can then arrange a replacement for you free of charge.
